Robert Mills, President
Mr. Mills has over twenty years experience in medical products development, introduction, sales and manufacturing. He served as Vice President and General Manager for Endovascular, a division of Mallinckrodt Incorporated. In this capacity he had full P&L responsibility for a $100 million business unit with over 300 employees, multi-site manufacturing and national and international sales. He has held positions with a number of medical products manufacturers, including Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson. Further, he has been involved in growing several early stage companies which were eventually acquired by major medical companies such as Medtronic and Boston Scientific Corporation.

Mark S. Crawford, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Crawford has over 20 years experience in accounting and financial management. He spent his early career in the area of taxation with the Big 4 accounting firms of KPMG Peat Marwick and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Subsequent to public accounting, he worked in area of private equity with Group One Capital and Forsyth Capital Partners. He has invested in numerous successful private companies where he had direct responsibility for the financial reporting, financing and strategic direction for the businesses. Mr. Crawford is a Certified Pubic Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration.

Dennis Chandler, Director of Technology and Business Development
Mr. Chandler has over nine years of experience in quality and customer service. He has designed and implemented quality systems in the automotive industry, been appointed a technical expert on airline crash investigations and refined patient data interpretation for medical devices. Mr. Chandler's programs and protocols are currently being used by Dura of Tennessee, Pratt and Whitney, the USAF, The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin and Guidant Corporation. Mr. Chandler holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration.

Michael Belgeri, Director of operations
Mr. Belgeri brings more than 25 years of engineering, manufacturing and operations management experience gleaned from senior-level positions with companies like King Innovations and Mallinckrodt.  For Envisioneering, Belgeri is charged with creating a manufacturing system that supports product reliability, ongoing technology enhancements and higher sales volumes for Envisioneering’s TargetScan system.   Mr. Belgeri holds a master’s degree in manufacturing from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
